Sivi Ananthasingam is a Senior Consultant with the Advisory Services practice at Taproot Foundation, a leading nonprofit that champions skills-based volunteering. With over seven years of experience in the social impact sector, Sivi is dedicated to harnessing partnerships to craft innovative, cross-sector solutions for pressing global issues. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and a Master's in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California (Fight On, Trojans!).
For over twenty years, Season Eckardt has been deeply involved in the engagement field across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Passionate about connecting resources and people to amplify growth and impact, she currently serves as the co-director of Advisory Services at Taproot Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to skills-based volunteering. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, Carmy, and devising dinner plans before her two teens ask, “What’s for dinner?”
